Mere Abrams, LCSW, is a multi-disciplinary professional who seamlessly integrates therapy, research, advocacy, and entrepreneurship to advance the field of LGBTQIA+ healthcare. In their roles as the co-founder of Urbody, a gender-inclusive underwear and activewear brand, and the former Director of Community Engagement and Associate Director of Clinical Research at UCSF's Child and Adolescent Gender Center, Mere expanded access to services and products specifically designed to meet the needs of transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals. Abrams has worked extensively with a diverse range of organizations and businesses including Good Inside, FOLX Health, Showtime, Modern Fertility, Miley Cyrus' Happy Hippie Foundation, PFLAG, Seventeen Magazine, Them, and Out Leadership. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across various sectors, Abrams provides patient-centered care and individualized approaches to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community.
